A European technology solutions company supplies farms with solutions that enable the use of technology in areas that often do not have adequate internet access. Solutions and equipment provided by this company include displays, planting equipment, and assistive steering devices. The issue is that for all these devices to work together, the tractors used by the farms need to have a reliable method of connectivity.

Challenge

After creating a new feature for their in-tractor displays, the solutions company realized that a stable internet connection would be required for it to function properly. Workers on the farms are also able to monitor every device remotely thanks to the deployment of InControl 2, and can also set up alerts to notify them if there is an issue with a device. Additionally, workers can now expand on and monitor the number of MAX BR1 Minis whenever they deem necessary due to the out-of-band-management solution provided.
